NEWARK RECYCLING WILL NOT ACCEPT SCRAP THAT CONTAINS:

• Motor oil, hydraulic oil, or fuel
• CFC's- Freon
• Radiation
• Hazardous chemicals
• Light ballasts containing PCBs
• Asbestos
• Non-metallic (wood, paper, cardboard, or plastics)
• Closed containers- including fuel tanks and oil tanks, unless it is cut completely in half and cleaned out
• Whole propane tanks (will accept only if cut in half)
• Fire extinguishers
• All cutting fuel and air tanks (oxygen, acetylene, chlorine, etc)
• Tires
• Concrete
• Televisions and computer monitors
• Campers and mobile homes, unless interior is completely stripped out
